    • "Ryan has been involved with the Nottingham Vipers from a very early age. The guy knew that being surrounded by a bunch of loveable girls is a good thing - he is no fool! Since developing a taste for coaching, Ryan has gone from being behind the scenes to at the forefront of the action. He may appear to be slight in nature and always with a smile on his face, but he has a vicious and evil streak! The players know this. The players strive to stay on the right side of Ryan. He aims to help lead them to greatness. He intends to do this with a mixture of good humour, winding-up his players, and some good hockey sense. Only time will be able to judge his success. The girls are lucky and greatful to have him back for another season."
