Chic has been a coach for a number of hockey years and returns to coach the Nottingham Vipers for
his second season. He is a harsh but fair hockey coach. He demands a high work ethic
from his players and in return is fully committed to his team and their development.
Last year he started to turn around this
women's ice hockey team...the attitudes, the style of play, the committment and ambitions.
He is looking to build on the foundations he set out last season, and
so he has returned to the helm. He means serious business. If the players thought last season was tough, they
have been warned, this season will be tougher. He likes winning and not so much losing. The players
are trying to make him happy! Will they succeed....
