There was once a girl called Jade.
She was so good she could probably get away with playing with a spade.
She played with all her might,
And wasn't afraid of a fight,
And simple gives everyone a fright!
A few words from the coaches..."Jade was voted most consistent player by the coaches
last season. Fully deserving of her award she had a big season last year.
She made the U18 GB team, the senior North of England team and news-just-in is that
she has also made the senior England women's team travelling to Canada later this year.
(We all know she secretly, or not so secretly, wishes she was living in Canada, so we are
hoping that she doesn't chose to stay!)
Clearly, a valuable, solid 'stay-at-home' defencemen whose prolific presence is noted
by her teammates and the opposition alike. Our hopes for Jade this year is that
she can not only continue with the improvement she has shown this season but she can go on and
lead and develop those around her who will benefit from her growing experience and confidence."
