A few words from the coaches..."Clare is one of our players who trained
as a junior with the team last year and has now had her (sweet?)
16th birthday which
means she is now eligible to play with the big girls! A very bright and
smiley individual who has a great positive outlook on life and in particular
on the team. She is always keen to get involved and has a great passion
for the team and the sport of ice hockey in general.
Like many of our young players, Clare is a very likeable girl
off the ice and we need to find her a source of aggression whilst
on it. Perhaps we'll set scary Captain Coop on her in training to wind
her up! (Beware clare - oh it rhymes!) Clare is in a good
position to have a break-through season. All it will take is hard work
and belief. Her destiny is very much in her own hands. Watch this space..."
